Hi, my name is Melina Buitrago, you still don’t know me, but that is why I would like to tell you a little bit about me. I’m a Social Communicator and Journalist with experience in organizational communication, digital content creation, marketing, advertising and graphic design.

I truly believe that we must always do what we love and what we are passionate about for us to always be able to give 110% in everything we do in our life. I believe that good communication can make a big difference in our society. The world is changing day by day and we can see new ways to communicate everywhere that it is getting difficult to communicate what we really want to say while trying to make everyone happy. Designing a creative and assertive communication strategy is the key. I love creating brands and helping them share their message in a visual and creative way while raising awareness of the brand and getting to the right customers.
 

I have more than 4 years creating and designing content and managing different brand accounts. I learned by myself how to do graphic design and learned how to manage programs from the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite like Illustrator, Premiere, Photoshop, Lightroom and XD. I also completed my degree in Social Communication and Journalism that improved my ability to communicate with others and find the right words to send a clear message, also to understand the needs of a company and help them clarify their message, share their DNA and values inside (to the employees) and outside (to the customers and stakeholders), to be able to increase the brand awareness, reputation and perception, helping the companies achieve their goals and establish a community of loyal customers who love and identify with the brand.

 

About me in work environments. I love using my creativity in everything I do. I easily adapt to changes. I like having good relationships with all my co-workers and I always try to create a friendly work environment where we can all work with passion, happiness and leadership.
